Ingredients
•Bottle gourd (lauki/doodhi),peeled2 cups
•Cumin seeds2 teaspoons
•Ginger2 inch
Juice of ½ lemon
•Fresh mint leaves10-12
•Tulsi leaves6-8
•Black pepper powder1/4 teaspoon
Method
Put bottle gourd, cumin seeds, ginger, lemon juice, mint leaves, tulsi, black pepper powder and a little water into a mixer jar and grind till smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
